Healthcare environment need Improvement
In Bangladesh there is big hospitals in Govt. and private sectors, We have huge number of Doctors, but we are not providing standard healthcare services to our patients; because never follow any standard or any benchmark. We import any Luxurious items available in any part of the world but healthcare system remain 100 years behind. Patient’s and family rights 99% neglected. Mostly New doctors are neglected by their senior to enhance their capability, in private sectors doctors salary so poor, difficult for them to rise up. Very soon jobless doctors and nurses % will be very high although thre is crisis in the patient care area ; here everyone follow Socretice theory "How many things I can do without".
Bangladeshi doctor, nurses and technicians could be great source of foreign revenue if they are treated well. If we establish the Healthcare standard & system, if we become sincere Bangladesh could be a place of Healthcare tourism and save huge revenue from going out.
